Found: My stamina || Simsbury, CTCristian and I after finishing the Iron Horse half marathon. My time was 2:02 (9:18/mile pace), which (I'm told) is not bad. Of course, my buddy Mike (not pictured) finished in around 1:30, 6th overall, so there is a lot of room for improvement.

Found: Deep home || Montego Bay, JamaicaSnapped this one during the Window Maker Cave dive just off the Montego Bay airport. This coral, almost 24 inches in diameter, is on the reef surrounding the tunnel, 5 feet below my camera's maximum depth rating. I got lucky and my kit survived.
